Strategic Plan

The TCNJ Strategic Frameworks (TCNJ 2027: Extending our Excellence and We Are TCNJ: A Strategy for Inclusive Excellence) emphasize five key elements:

1. Doubling down on excellence, making our undergraduate program even stronger and more relevant.
2. Creating new graduate, pre-college, and continuing education programs to serve new audiences of learners.
3. Cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive campus community.
4. Bolstering our impact in the capital region, across New Jersey, and beyond.
5. Managing to the bottom line, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

These elements are guiding our process to identify our Self-Study institutional outcome and institutional priorities.
